Square up the cut Digi with Tammy Louise

Good Day Crafty Friends!

It's time to share one of my favorite Floral projects created live on FB just a while back!  The Happy Bouquet is the name of the Digital Stamp and it is simply and beautifully swag!

Today's project is modeled after a designer technique I learned over 10 years ago or more but it's what I call an oldie but goody!  One that never gets old or goes out of style!

You can see the Youtube video of the FB LIVE here:

I'm so happy to share my illustration with you today!

EMBOSSING 3 WAYS WITH 1 FOLDER

FB LIVE TONIGHT AT 8:00 PM ON HANDMADE BY TLC FB PAGE AND 7 KIDS CUSTOMER CREATE

INGREDIENTS:
Sugar Pea Love Machine
Sizzix 3 D folder hearts
Altenew Best Sentiments
Lawn Fawn Stitched Trails die
Tonic Pearlescent Rustic Crimson paper
Simon Says Cotton Candy Paper
Ranger Perfect Cardstock
Altenew more than words sentiment
Bow and frame dies from my stash
Lawn Fawn gift card die

MEDIUMS:
Gelli Roll Clearstar
Memento Black ink
MiDas Spectrum Noir Metallic pigment ink Blush and Silver
Copics R30,R20, C00,C02,C05, R04, N1, N3, N5
White Gel pen
Ranger distress ink sky blue

On the inside of this project I added a gift card holder die cut from Lawn Fawn because it is a Birthday card.

EMBELLISHMENTS:
Wink of Stella glitter
Shimmer sequins Desert Diva's

This project had no coloring other than that inside the embossing folder but I did use a glitter strip of paper matching the frame and cut a cute little border heart and embossed with a roller from the back side to bump it upwards.

This technique is a quick and fun way to whip up a few cards using one embossing folder to make your own background!

I hope you enjoyed the post and remember I'm live on FB every Thursday evening at 8:00 PM EST.  Join me and say hi! Ask questions and get some crafty time in!   Stay Crafty!

Hugs,
Tammy Louise

Double Dial your heart with Tracey Hey illustrations

Hi Friends,
Aren't these two darling?

Today I completed a project I designed a few weeks ago using the Double Dial Die 1 and Tracey Hey illustrations.  I had been using this unattached topper to demonstrate the function and mechanical parts of the die in several video tutorials, but today is the day to finish it up!

I decided to not only post the project here on my blog with a few links to the products used, but I created a TUTORIAL VIDEO as well.  There have been a few questions regarding popping the topper of the dial card project onto a card base with dimensional dots and how to prohibit the vertical slot illustration from a twisting as it wants to naturally.

There are a few other tips in the tutorial as well.

If your card base is a stock color that you don't want to see through the slot, simply glue a piece of thin paper the color of your choice onto the card base before attaching the topper.

Perfect for Spring and Valentines!
Stop in and visit my youtube channel and see for yourself!

Enjoy and stay crafty my friends!
