I've made a more simple but elegant project today with a water color image I've had about a year now!  The Fairy doodler image is one of my favorites and as I usually only have enough time to color up the images available at Whimsy Stamps or create with Shape EZ templates, I took real pleasure in presenting her to you!  I couldn't wait to use it with some of the beautiful papers from the Creative Papers Online store in Ann Arbor Michigan.  Love Love Love this paper!

Simply friendly Teddy and the Magnolia Birthday Candy winner!

Super Tuesday to everyone, This week is all about catching up!  My class last week at the USA stamp club went swimingly as my tutorial on Die Cutting was a smashing hit.  Thank you ladies for all of you support and I'll be getting right on to the orders from Whimsy, Shape EZ and Teddy Bo this week for you!

I've been holding this project ooff for quite some time and was asked the other day to show a friend of mine my water color work and so here it is!  I hope you all appreciate that I don't often work with water color but I truly love to make my Red and Orange projects with it as I love the hues water color has on the finished projects!  I love my Copics too, but especially when I work with something with an oriental feel to it I adore the brushed look of water!  I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!  The papers are some of my favorite and the sewing technique ended up exactly the way I saw it in my mind!

Just Because Bo and Bea

My Magnolia Birthday Candy here

I'm going to show you some birthday celebration pictures today before getting to the actual card of the day!  I turned 40 something yesterday and I was just overwhelmed with gifts from the Teddy Bo Team, my daughter found some absolutely perfect doilies (which I adore) from the antique shop, Flowers from my Mom and Dad in Florida and the stunning portrayal of my favorite icon Marilyn Monroe by Michelle Williams in the "My Week with Marilyn" movie from hubby!  I had a fabulous day, made some new friends, got just a little tipsy and slept in today!  By the way, my 15 year old contributed with dishes, 2 loads of laundry, vaccuuming, dusting and all without being asked!  Talk about wonderful!

From start to finish, the sketch is given and the artist instructs you while you paint but the rest is up to you!  If you ever get the chance to book a party and participate in this, I would highly recommend it for a wonderful evening out and is very rewarding when it comes to experiencing something new!

The camera phone isn't the best, but had too show you the difference between mine and hubbies!  Isn't he just adorable? hehe!  Thanks hun for a great birthday!

Then, the following are some of the little ditties (none of them are small) that helped to make my day even more wonderful!

Currently my favorite little corner in the house!

The gifts are wonderful! Each and every one!  There was an additional gift received earlier in the month as one of my closest blogging friends (also from the Teddy Bo team) sent early so she could be off for much needed surgery!  Still can't believe she had little 'ol me on her mind at all!  I tried to take a photo of it to show you but I just don't have the same talent as her so I will just link to her blog for you all to see!  Gorgeous Tammy, thank you so much hun, you're the best!  I am so glad to hear it went right and stop overdoing it and get better faster!  Love all of the gifts and thank god I have all of you in my life!

Not to mention the 158 birthday wished on facebook from friends and family and of course the wishes from my Top Tip Tuesday Team and the Whimsy team too!  I'm so very blessed to have so many wonderful friends!  Thank you all!
