It's your special day!

I'ts always a special day at the Noor U.S. blog!  Tammy Louise sharing a Copic colored project made with a beautiful Noor stamp called Silhouette Poppy.  I'm a vibrant and deep pigment artist so the more color the better!  Just look at how beautiful these little corner dies make the image rectangles pop and the gorgeous border die of flowers that cut and emboss that I colored with white pigment ink to make the design pop.
As well as the beautiful stamp, I've discovered a great deal of versatile dies that would add dimension and beauty to any project!  The flourish, those lovely little corners which are part of a bigger die set and the roses!  rows and rows of roses!

Presents All Around!

Happy Thursday everyone!  It's Tammy Louise sharing a special little project I've made with a perfectly sized canvas and easel set I found in Hobby Lobby.   I wanted to make a gift that would set on either a little shelf or right next to a jewelry box on a little girls dresser!

I like this second colored easel with the Derwent Inktense pencils better than the Shop Till You Drop easel I colored with Ranger Distress because the colors pop a bit more but the soft look of the Distress Ink is beautiful as well.  I guess it's all what each artist prefers!

The Candi Bean images have fabulous flowing hair to color, but those adorable faces with a great amount of room for the cheeks is my favorite part!  This image has an adorable little friend sharing his package with Penny and he is simply adorable as well.

I used some white ink to offset the hair piece and some glitter to bring a sparkle to the project too!  Great fun to color!  I sealed it with Krylon workable Fixitive and placed the canvas on the easel!  Easy Peasy!  I hope you get inspired to work with canvas as these images work perfectly with it!

Fly Emma Fly!

Happy Sunday!  I'm still in Florida visiting my parents because the teenager has discovered he can make $21.00 every time he weed wacks 7 lawns with his grandfather!  Yesterday he bought his own tickets for a four hour block at Laser Tag!  He's never felt so accomplished!

No light box still so moms driveway backdrop again!

Anyway, I found an actual Michaels Craft store about 20 minutes away and went shopping!  Turns out the Hobby Lobby here in Zephryhills has no mulberry flowers and no Martha Steward section!!! What is up with that!    I went shopping in a NORMAL town "Tampa" and found these terrific Heidi Swapp premade card and it made this project come together perfectly!  No craft table, means simplifying the card making process!!!  Hope you like this little Emma skipping along with these gorgeous water painted butterfly wings on the embossed card!  If you ever have to make something on a quick basis, these are perfect!

She's flying along and skipping through!
