Good Morning! It's my turn to show off one of my favorite PPinky Rubber stamps exclusive at Treasured Times Rubber Stamps Store! I've used my Derwent Inktense pencils on the
Mr. Snowman image and in non traditional colors!
I've combined this adorable
Mr. Snowman image with one of my favorite
Holiday Shape EZ templates called the
Snowy Ball template available in my
ETSY Store today! The template has everything you need to create the base and the design paper layers that fit perfectly inside the base. You can cut these by hand when running the design paper through your printer like a digital with the PNG or JPEG file types, or you can cut them with your machine as well!
These Stamps are created with a special screen process in order to contain the wonderful shading that Chrishanthi the designer of PPinky includes in her images! That's what makes them so different and quaint. When you stamp them with a dark black ink, the shading may not allow your coloring medium to be as vibrant as you would like, however, I have created a video that can show you many options that resolves this! Today's project uses the Fluttered Tulip Bodice die from LDRS Creative! This is a two piece die set because when you cut the bodice, you also get a little swirly tulip vine from within the center of the bodice. I cut three of the tulip vines out of grunge board, glued them together to create an item with depth that could hold up to all of the ink I wanted to use with it.
