July Whimsy Inspirations free online Magazine here
It's late in August and my son goes back to school soon! I hate to say it, but it can't come soon enough because teenagers are really crazy! lol Do you think we were typical teenagers? Maybe, but that would only lead me to a phone call to Florida and some stories that start with Remember when you did that thing that you did? No thanks!click above to enter to win! |
Today I want to share some projects I made last month for the Whimsy Stamps Magazine. You can get the article in purchasing the issue or a mini version in the free online version too. The feature was to create several different cards from one sentiment stamp set. I decided to go with the Wedding occasion because it's usually a hit in July!
The three cards were made with Studio G card sets and are very different shapes and styles. Each card took about 10 minutes from start to finish so if you have to whip one up quickly for the Wedding just around the corner, here's some inspiration for it.
INGREDIENTS:
All three cards are created with the Always and Forever Sentiment stamp collection by Raindrop Echo w/Whimsy Stamps and the Studio G card and envelope set
MEDIUMS:
Fairy Card - Recollections ultra fine white embossing powder
Wedding Dress Card - Versafine Onyx black
Wedding Glass Card - Pigma Archival Ink Micron 01, Copics, Royal Coat dimensional magic, Ranger Distress Ink
EMBELLISHMENTS:
Fairy Card - Offray ribbon ad stash lace
Wedding Dress Card - Hobby Lobby Wedding Charm, Ribbon is American crafts and Offray
Wedding Glass Card - Stickles, Dress It Up Wedding rings, Modern Romance Charm, Studio G glitter glue, Tulip beads in a bottle white, Celebrate it Ribbon
It's not always the gift that counts, it's the thought that leaves them feeling loved!
Thank you for visiting,
Beautyful, when I am using black an white it is very difficult, but your results are amazing.
