Win the contest with the FREE Digital Stamp Set

It's time to play along and WIN!

Grab your freebie digital illustration set called Jack O' Gnome from the TLCDesigns.shop and get to creating!  Post a pic on FB or IG with the hashtag #TLCpumpkingnome and we will draw the winner of a $10.00 store gift certificate!

The file has papers, sentiments and some super cute silhouette images too along with Jack of course!

This project was designed on last Thursday night's FB Live on TLC Designs FB page.

I used the design paper in the kit along with the image.  Combined with the following die sets also available in the store:  Celebrate Ribbon Die, flowers from the Oval Lily Frame (distressed a bit) and the stunning Aztec Sunshine circle die!

I added a few little sparkly stars and a flower die cut in his hand.  The project was fun, quick and inspiring to design with all my wonderful friends on FB Live!

Stay Crafty,

New Release Digital stamp set "Greetings"

Look who's brand NEW!

I mean the latest digital stamp set with this cute little newborn dragon!  The name of the digital stamp set is Dragon Baby "Greetings".  I named the image Greetings because of the 9 sentiments that come along with this adorable illustration!

With the Paci or without!  Cover his egg with flowers or not!  Do you need a little boy baby card or invite or are you looking for an image that will guarantee a smile on the face of the recipient?  Spreading some Kindness or sending "Only Happy Thoughts"  this digital set says it all for any occasion!

On Thursday nights  FB Live broadcast, I make an adorable little project with some design paper from the "Sweet A Cake" digital papers collection with the brand new custom die called "Happy Dragonfly Circle".

I printed the paper with the digital sentiment included and adhered it to stock paper.  Then I repeated the process with the previously colored little dragon image from Procreate and fussy cut the image.  The designer paper was cut with the largest doily like die in the Happy Dragonfly circle set and I popped each layer up with some dots.

I wound a bit of twine around the die cut until I was happy with the way it looked and grabbed a flower die from the set and cut from stock.  Distress Ink color Blueprint Sketch was added to the edges of the flower petals.  With black Copic ink, I colored some white pearls and placed them in the center of the flower.  Then I repeated that process with a few tiny crystals and created a crystal banner across the top of the card in black to balance off the card.

This was such a fun evening and the input from the viewers were so enjoyable!  I hope you love this little guy as much as I do?  Keep your eyes out for his three little Dragon friends in Poly too!  They're coming very soon!

Getting back to last weeks FB LIVE project I created with the Distress Oxide and Versafine Clair Inks!  If you missed it, please feel free to scroll a bit on either the Handmadebytlc FB page or Tammy Houghton Cunliffe page and you can view it there anytime!

I am attempting to post the video on my Youtube Channel but there seems to be a recent snag on Youtube!  However, I will continue to try to work it out!  I know Youtube is easy access and user friendly!

This is the project before the Interactive Double Dial Die mechanism is added to create the action in this delightful Whispy meadow!

INGREDIENTS:
Newtons Nook Hills & Grass Stencil
Simon Says Cardstock: Doll Pink and Sunshine
Lavinia Stamps: Meadow Mushroom, Birds, Josie, Dandelions, Hares Set, Fairy Foragers, Time to Reflect Sentiment, Bonnet Set, Fairy Bell Set

The background work included rolling a few shades of Oxide inks onto the surface of the topper card carefully blending the colors in the middle to create a third hue.

MEDIUMS:
Versafine Clair Inks: Golden Meadow, Nocturne, Shady Lane, Purple Delight, Charming Pink, Chiante
Distress Oxide Colors:  Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves, Dusty Concord, Iced Spruce, Fossilized Amber, Antique Linen

I stamped the foliage, mushrooms and hares with Nocturn Clair ink with some second generation stamping to give depth.  Carefully creating images that come from the top of the card to the middle and from the bottom of the card to the middle as well.

Symmetry of images is just as important as the placement of them.  There was some stamping of the Bonnett set in Purple Delight for added color and tone as the purples in the background were towards the bottom, the top needed some purple to balance.

 EMBELLISHMENTS:
Silver Glitter Spectrum Noir Pen

In the center area I created some hills with the stencil and amongst the hills I stamped the Dandelions in Golden Meadow ink just to see the image.  Then with the fine tipped gel pens, I placed white and black dots where the stamp had dots and for the highlight of the stems, I used the gold gel pen!  It looked magical!

The Fairies and the small dandelion seeds that float across the scene were stamped seperately and fussy cut to pop onto the mechanism and create the action.  I did distress the fussy cut edges with oxide ink to blend the images into the scene.

One turn of the dial and Josie is blowing her dandelion seed accross the sun filled meadow while the Fairy Forager flied high above the Meadow mushrooms to catch her fair share!  All the while the curious hare couple are gazing the shine and splendor of the Bonnet's blooming in the valley!

So much fun to design but even funner to play!

The inside of the project was finished off with both colors of the Card stock and the beautiful sentiment stamp from Lavinia Stamps!  Simple and coordinating!

Thank you everyone that joined in making this project with me!  I hope it has inspired you to just get those inks out and play a bit?

INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT OF THE DAY:

FB Live project with Sea Horse Samm and the Double Dial Die

Happy Monday Friends!  Two weeks ago on my FB Live I created this cute little Interactive project with some of the newest products in the TLCDesigns.shop.  Step by step we make it together and I finish it up to show you today!

You can watch the entire crafting time TODAY on my Facebook Page!  Be sure to subscribe to continue seeing what I make and ring that bell as it's very important to keeping content live!  Thank you!

The project was simple and quick to make.  The coloring was done digitally and I printed the illustrations out onto Neenah paper and fussy cut them.  I distressed over the white Neenah paper with Ranger Distress Ink and was ready to get onto the card topper.

INGREDIENTS:
Sea Horse Samm and Friends digi pack

The NEW Sea Scene digi designer papers at the TLCDesigns.shop store gave me the entire background with just a click of the print key.

MEDIUMS:
Nocturn Versafine Clair Ink
Ranger Distress Ink (around the illustrations)

Don't enjoy putting the time into the background?  Are you unable to make a background that you're happy with in the end?  The full Scene digi designer paper is perfect for you!  Choose and Print!  Adhere it to your topper paper and that's it!

EMBELLISHMENTS:
Glossy Accents
White Gel Pen Ink
Silver Glitter paint Spectrum Noir

Just look at all that glossy gorgeousness!  The Puffer fish looks so realistic and mystical at the same time!  I love this image!

On the inside, I printed another sheet of the digi designer paper call Sea Scene and taped it down.  The sentiment comes in the Sea Horse Samm digi pack.  I assembled the Double Dial Die mechanism and the topper was popped up onto the card base!  The project was finished!  I hope you try the dial die interactive motion for yourself and see just how easy it is to bring your project to life!

Stay Crafty Friends,

Happy Bouquet Digital Coloring with Tammy Louise

Oh my goodness!  Is it the middle of April already?  I'm sharing a project, "FINALLY", that I actually spent an hour or so with some lovely crafty friends on April 2nd FB Live!   LOL

INGREDIENTS:
Cryogen Copic Paper

I illustrated a few different digital images for the April 2020 release and you can watch me color it from head to toe on my Youtube channel today if you weren't able to join me!  Watch me color this bouquet live on Youtube here

MEDIUMS:
Copic Sketch Ink
Brusho Blue watercolor paint
B91, B93, B9, B97, Y21, Y18, Y28, BV13, BV11,YG91, YG95, YG97

The "Happy Bouquet" is it's name and I used Copic Ink to color it up.  After the coloring of the project, I lightly splattered some water color paint with my fan brush, grabbed a bit of string and cut out another copy of one of the flowers and fussy cut it then popped it up over the original image for some dimension then mounted it on some really pretty colored card stock from Simon Says.

 EMBELLISHMENTS:
Twine
