My First Guest Designer Spot!

A very exciting Sunday today!  I was invited to join a very lovely group of designers at Cupcake Inspirations today as a Guest Sweetie!  Yippee!!  They are hosting a challenge starting today with an inspirational photo and I'm delighted to help spread the word.  As this is my first experience as a GD, I was simply thrilled!  It is the opportunity to design inspired by their photo as well as using an image and sentiment from their current sponsor Glitter babe .   I used their very fun image called "tip toe ballerina".  She was terrific to work with and as I don't usually color animal images, I took this opportunity to practice!

This is my second Patriotic style card and it SO reminds me of the National Anthem and a baseball game!  I know, I know she's a ballerina right?  But she is OBVIOUSLY a American Olympic CHAMPION ballerina!  hehe.  I made sure to use some fancy metal edged ribbon from the American Collection I've had laying around for years now and even some material made embellishments on the inside!  I sure hope you all enjoy this as much as I enjoyed making it for you and the lovely ladies at Cupcake Inspirations!  Thank you again for allowing me to be your SWEETIE!
