Dance your way to the tree!

Well, I sure am glad to be back with everyone this week in my normal schedule which includes the Wags N Whiskers challenge.  Yep!  We have a whole new one that starts today and the theme is:

 "ANYTHING BUT A CARD" 

It's coming on the Holidays soon and I'm positive that all of you have some projects that I would love to see that aren't cards!  So come by and visit the challenge blog for inspiration from the DT, including our Host this week, ANGELIQUE and enter for some great prizes too!



You don't have to use a Wags 'n Whiskers image to enter the challenge.
But if you do, you will be entered into a 2nd drawing for a free Wags 'n Whiskers Digital Stamp.
Made a new ornament today from a paper mach' ornament disc from Hobby Lobby, covered it with some great luxurious DP I received at Christmas from my mother in law!  The paper is baby blue velvet feeling with white raised snow flakes so it was perfect for the Ballerina image from Wags N Whiskers!  I added some feathers and tulle from my stash behind her to symbolize her tutu, colored up 4 layers of the image all together to create the ever so popular decoupage technique.  My favorite part of the whole project is the pretty little snow flake ribbon I used to wrap around the entire ornament I bought from my local card class shop "The Sticker Store and More".

    Your little blue ballerina ornament is so sweet! I love the background paper and the snowflake ribbon behind her. You did such amazing work colouring her and assembling the 3-D effect on this image. Beautiful!
