Yeah! Another Friday! I'm only one day away from my class with guest instructor Mindy Baxter, the brown and pink lovin Magnolia artist! I'm so lucky to have Angie (Scrapper girl) in Michigan with me to take her card class. I learn something new every month and Mindy is instructing this month so I'm in for some great tips and a super card too!
This week at Stamping with the Dragon challenge blog, we are being sponsored by Stamping Dragon Designs and the theme is:
So show us some dark greens, Santa Reds and Snowy whites! I can't wait to see what you come up with! The prize is 6 IMAGES FROM THE NEW XMAS IMAGES WINNERS CHOICE.
ALSO:
THERE IS A SPECIAL CHALLENGE GOING ON at the Dragon Designes blog here. Don't miss out on the great deals in the store with Super Papers, Grab Bags, Digi Images and Scrap Kits.
So on to the details of this little cutie pie! As some of you may know from previous posts, there's a craft sale this Sunday at the Corner Brewery in Ypsilanti and I wanted to get in some great sellers to please the crowd with and I couldn't think of a better image than this little cutie patootie!
I printed the digi out on copic paper, paper pierced the DP's, painted the shimmery glimmery acrylic with some fabby Pearlex added, applied the DP to the back, used Flora Craft twinklets diamond dust, Aleene's clear cut tacky glue and some great red, white, and green beads from the Dress it Up PotPourri collection. Dug out a line, curled up the image and tweesed in and straightened it out! Whew! It was close, but I think I finally got it just about right! What do you think? This is my first ever inside ornament project!
