Arabian Beauty!

 Happy Wednesday friends!  OMGoodness, did you see that there is a NEW Candi Bean release coming out this weekend?  There is a FB party to kick off the event you can join here if you too love these cute little images!

Now that I've announced the newest arrival to Little Darlings Rubber Stamps, I'm going to move right onto today's project!  This sexy and Arabian beauty "Genie" is one of the stamps I've been dying to ink up and color for almost a year now!  She may be one of the first Saturated Canary rubber stamps from Little Darlings Rubber Stamps but she's a goody!

I grabbed the "All in One" die set Darling Square Set to create today's project, so I went right into cutting the design paper from the largest die in the set.  It's full of flowers and rectangular holes that create a lovely texture all the way around your project to perfectly frame you in.

Secondly, I grabbed some of the other littler parts of this great coordinated "All in One" set.  The vine die, the sentiment frame and of course the two different sized flower dies were perfect to enhance the look of the frame!  Compiling large and small flower cuts with some WOC pearl brads made embellishing simple.  I popped some pearls on the flowers in the vine and added them to the right side of the image climbing upward to offset all the lovelies on the bottom of the card!  This set has everything you need!

A Great Day Together!

 Oh, let's party!   And why not?  With this adorable balloon blowing doll faced stamp, we all want to join in on the fun of blowing up balloons so we can tie them up around the room and bring some hand popping touche bouncing and pin popping fun to the party!

I'm still a bit out of my element here in Florida but as I took a few prestamped images on my Cryogen paper with me on the trip, I colored this one up on one of my trips to McDonalds with the boy in order to get out of Mom and Dad's house!

 I've added to this little image with some of the popular white pen pin pricks to add some texture to the image and create that little spotty dotty flow to the project.  Try it some time, it's so easy and fun to do!

Candi Bean Lemonade Party!

Summer time is coming!  I can't tell you how much working with these quaint little flower full and bright Candi Bean images warmed me up to the thought of a summer party with lemonade and barb-b-q ribs!  Yummy!

Starting off with the Gardening Jessie image, I bought some of these very tight knit napkins from the local Bed Bath and Beyond and some bright and beautiful mulberry flowers that are sewn on to assure they are durable enough to use.  I've colored the images with Copic markers!  When coloring on material with this ink, you touch down lightly and with quick stripes of color.  

I wanted a coordinating pair of napkins, but not necessarily the same exact image!  Just look how the Izzy's Bumble Bee image matches perfectly with the previous image!

Found some adorable little yellow napkin rings and added the Little Darling Warm and Fuzzy Sentiment called Tag Alongs.   These images were adjusted in the Fotor editor program, I'm loving all of the choices and it's free!
